Sales Support and Contracting
Product Development Support
Brass Law augments the expertise of your in-house teams to close deals quickly, focusing on what matters most to the business with smart, skilled negotiations. We use thoughtful tactics to get the best possible deal while creating the start of a long, mutually beneficial relationship with your clients.

Dataroom Readiness
General Outside Support
Before you even need a dataroom, Brass Law will guide your company toward activities and/or contract terms that could impact valuation when it comes time to raise funds or sell, while at the same time steering you away from those that could lead to a negative impact.

For our clients who do not have in-house counsel, Brass Law supports general legal needs, including contract negotiations, marketing review and practical guidance on topics such as employment matters.

Brooke was the cornerstone of our company sale diligence process. She anticipated acquirers' requests and built a very structured and complete dataroom and confidently prepared all departments for 'game-time'. She was highly industrious and her review of all legal agreements was both exceptionally fast and thorough enabling us - incredibly - to complete the process in under three weeks.

As the founder and CEO of my own business, Brooke is my “Go-To” lawyer. She understands the need for quick turnarounds, coupled with a reasonable approach to partnering on outcomes. It’s always a balancing act between ensuring I’m protected yet letting issues go that have minimal practical impact (something many lawyers cannot do). I could not run my business without her!
I've had the privilege of working with Brooke for nearly a decade. From sophisticated partnership deals and international expansion, to providing guidance on compliance and other impacts of privacy regulations. She has an excellent sense of what's important for businesses as they seek to grow. She's able to "see around corners" to recognize and address legal risks early before they become problematic. And she offers insightful risk mitigation solutions with Brooke's knowledge of the relevant law, so we can make informed decisions, all while recognizing our own risk tolerance to help the businesses and stakeholders prosper. Oh....and she's a wonderful person and teammate with whom to work as well!
